Is it a Twite?

Is this a Twite?

No I've not become a twitcher but it is nice to see and photograph something other than tits or starlings. I spotted this little fella (or bird if you prefer) in Kent. The problem is that I find IDing these little birds quite difficult. I think it's a Twite but someone more knowledgeable than me would have to confirm that.

Edit: No nothing as exotic as a Twite, seems it's a common juvenile house sparrow. Back to the drawing board
